"As leadership goes, so does the rest of an organization." It is therefore crucial to their success that organizations set best conditions for diversity, and create an inclusive and equitable culture.

In a working, professional/business environment where both clientele and professionals' needs continue to evolve, countless researches have revealed that it is important that service (business) providers (organizations/institutions) stay in-tune to constant change, and keep their tool boxes supplied and/or sharpened, in order to keep providing relevant, culturally responsive, based on market demand services to their clientele in an effective, and efficient manner.
